When I first came to Arla Foods Ingredients, the company financial situation was below break-even. There was no motivation, no market differentiation, products were considered mere commodities. We designed value-added products based upon high-quality whey protein. Focused on exports, we delivered 80% of our total production over to more than 45 countries. The change on vision and strategy led to a successful turnover.

We tripled our EBIDTA, providing more and more value-added protein products and ingredients for the food industry.
